Emerging performance artist Mark William Lindberg navigates the complex emotional landscape of T.S. Eliot's masterwork, bringing to life both its tragedy and humor. Lindberg journeys through the restlessly shifting characters, settings, and styles of “The Waste Land” in search of the poem’s spiritual core in a performance inspired by Eliot’s life and his first wife’s descent into madness. Text: T.S. Eliot. Director: Brad Raimondo. Design: Alexandra Roffey. Recommended for: all audiences. Link: artist.
