drama, comedy, storytelling, stand-up, 60 min.

A comedy about growing up isolated and learning how to be a man the hard way, after feeling controlled by a history of sexual disappointment. It is a self-deprecating, gritty bit about a not-so-innocent kid processing and changing the way he turns out. This discomforting coming-of-age story is told by a self-examining tour guide who rediscovers his right to dream, despite being nowhere near a miracle. Director: Zishan Ugurlu. Stage Manager: Lindsay Griffin. Recommended for: all audiences. Link: artist.
