The word “bacha” means boy in Dari, a spoken language in Afghanistan. A traumatized boy talks about his violence, his shame, his abuse, his culture, and his war. This is a story told from the eyes of a child. This fearful boy finds his truth to speak out, something that has never been done before in his oppressed culture. Director: Mokhtar Amin.
