A show about Kelly Taylor’s longtime friendship with Iris Martinez, a pregnant homeless woman whom Kelly meets in the NYC subway. Over time, what is painful - ultimately tragic - is the social/racial bias of our Social Welfare system and its failure to adequately support and meet the needs of Iris and her young son, Jose.
