There was. Legend Cordelia. This is the Sword Dance Monodrama adapted from Shakespeare King Lear. Cordelia has been learning sword martial arts since she was three years old. As she learned the swordmanship attitude at a young age, she felt in her heart that she had to protect her parents . One day, when her father came down from the throne, she was unable to say anything when asked how much she loved her father, and her true feelings for her father were distorted and was expelled from the country. But her constant worries about her father and her will to take care of him lead her to sneak back into the country. She disguises herself as a man and travels with her father as a knight, protecting him from the persecution of her sisters by defeating soldiers with her sword and accompanying him on his journey. You could see homeless life in a field without a roof, but there is a true conversation between the father and the daughter looking at the stars in the sky. There is a quote that says, ‘True love is loving a person even when that person is powerless, weak, and unable to give anything.’
In this Mysterious Sword Dance Monodrama, Cordelia Sword of the Wind, there will be a beautiful journey of the daughter and father overcoming difficult adversity together and miracles happening when you truly taking care of loved ones.
