You are invited to join us for an afternoon marking the close of our 21st season. The festivities begin at 4:00 PM with our pre-gala Karaoke party hosted by the divine Ms. Lavinia.
The main event, our Fall 2026 Closing Gala, begins at 5:00 PM.
The Gala honors the exceptional work our artist bring to our stage and culminates in the bestowal of the United Solo Special Award. The Special Award is given to a renowned artist outside the festival whose work has set the standard for solo artists worldwide.
After the presentation all are welcome to stay for a reception where artists, their teams and audience members can mingle and enjoy light refreshments.

UNITED SOLO* is the world’s largest solo theatre festival. For twenty seasons, it has presented the very best in solo performance from around the globe. Founded by Omar Sangare with the mission of uniting a diverse community of artists passionate about storytelling in all its forms, the festival has grown into an internationally recognized platform for singular voices. From its home base at Theatre Row in the heart of New York City’s Theatre District, United Solo has presented over 2,000 productions. With festivals held each fall and spring, it continues to champion both emerging and established artists, bringing powerful and distinctive stories to audiences in New York City and beyond.
