Condemned to a Life is a dark comedy told with puppets about surviving a childhood of neglect, a near-fatal car accident, addiction, and a brother serving life in prison after a lifelong struggle with mental illness.
At its center, the show is about love: who is worthy of it, and why. It is about guilt, family trauma, and the messy work of forgiveness. The puppets take the shame out of the more sinister parts of life and invite audiences to question what they think they know about others, and the stories we all carry.
It is a show about loving yourself enough to hold on, and loving someone enough to let go. And the show loves you. It wants to give audiences a big hug and say, it is going to be okay.Vishaal Desai, Director
Noah Ginex, puppeteer

Runtime: 60 minutes
