“Marsha P. Johnson didn’t throw that brick so you could keep your legs closed.”

Bearing in mind the mission of his ancestors, Henry Cohen decides to go FUCKING CRAZY after breaking up with his boyfriend in his senior year of high school. What could go wrong?

After downloading Grindr and taking some tasteful nudes at his grandparents’ house, Henry meets an array of characters in the bedroom, ranging in age, job, and status on the sex offender registry. Yikes.

To All the Boys I’ve Fucked Before traces Henry’s attempts to understand intimacy in a world where everything is public, performative, and permanent. He learns the only way he knows how: by messing up. Repeatedly.

Through rapid-fire storytelling and biting humor, this one-person play interrogates everything from gay media tropes to internalized shame to the strange, invisible rules we inherit about sex, desire, and being seen.
In only an hour, audiences can expect to cry from laughter, sadness or even horniness. (TECHNICAL NOTE: while you might be stimulated intellectually, gutturally, or perhaps sexually, Henry does not get naked or touch you, so dampen your expectations.)
